Default Cherry Bomb problem

Shouldremoving a cherry-bomb be done by a pro at a mechanic's, or could an amatur do it? If an amatur can, how?

[X(] by cherry bomb ill assume you mean glass pack type mufflers?? ya you can remove them yourself but then what do you do?? unless you have a welder and some pipe and a bender your gonna end up with a cobbled up mess. spend the dollars to have it done once and right. pick your favorite muffler and bring them with you as this will save a few bucks( i can still get thrush brand turbo mufflers for less than 20 bucks) sound good and rumbley. ya this costs $ but the results will be far superior to some backyard butchery that leak and sound like ****. kurt
