I have a 2000 camaro (5 speed) and i am installing some speakers and subs in it. i was thinking about running my wires down the center and i was curious if anybody knows how to remove it.

 

It's not hard. Remove the shift ****,boot, then there are 2 screws I believe at the front under the heater/ac controlls,one on each side. Next open the console and take out the change holder and there is 2 screws there and 2 in the bottom of the console. Make sure the p-brake is up as far as u can pull it. then lift the back up and back and over the p-brake.
