[8D] ouch thats some pretty bad mileage. your vibration could be a million things loose cats arent uncommon but id suggest you get it up in the air put it in drive and search for the offending source. i have a 95 z and i get 20 mpg combined and can get 25 mpg on the freeway. the car is obd1 96 was the start of obd 2. your gonna have to spend some time and money to find your problems. is the check engine light on?? theres a million reasons for lack of power id suggest a computer scan not only for codes but a good tech can look for slow o2 sensors among other mileage problems. with mileage so low it shouldnt take a good shop very long to pinpoint your problem kurt

1: Turn the caps lock off. On the web its considered yelling and is rude
Thank you
2: You would have OBD 1.5. It should have an OBDII style plug but the code readers wont read the codes. I have a Snap-on Modis scanner so I have never had a problem with the change over years.
3:You just got the car so consider doing a good service. Filters, plugs, etc. Do you know when the last time any of that was done?

It may not seem like it but the people on this forum are actually really nice. Some just need to learn to scold you in private and not on the forum for everyone to see. Good luck with your car.

Just back up what t9ojetpilot and madmike - get the thing serviced. Change all the filters and oil, new plugs etc... just a good tune up. Then you will have an easier time figuring out the problem and the recommended computer scan won't pick up on crud in the system.
