Default Car died, need help

So, I normally am on par with figuring out what went wrong with my car and fix it.

Now to explain what happened, to the best of what I can remember.

1992 camaro rs 305. Oil had not been changed in 7 months :x

SO the other day I was enjoying my self after getting done with my training for the army, and while I was driving up and down the highway, I noticed a few odd things, but it had been 6 months so I thought it was nothing... But I noticed while I had my foot down on the pedal, that it stopped working, and if I pushed down it would not put power to the car. First time I thought I was just not being use to driving and took the pressure off my gas pedal. But it kept happen so I was trying to race back home asap, so I could at least have had it at home. But all the sudden the engine sized up or died, not really sure which, but it died and turned off, so I had to pull off the side of the road, and now it wont start.

I hope one of you can tell me what might have happened. I am really stumped on this one.

Doesn't sound good, have you even checked your oil level lately?
Did it make and bad noises or blow out smoke or anything or did it just loose power and quit?
Sorry but that's not near enough info to diagnose an engine failure.
The oil had not been changed in 7 months, that really doesn't tell us much, was the car sitting or being driven daily, how many miles since the last oil change and filter?

"now it won't start". Does the engine turn over, or does it act like it's locked up?
It makes a big difference as to what might be wrong.

ahh, sorry for the bad description. Yeah, my sister was ment to drive it so it got driving like once a week. But uhh, I would say like 700-800 miles max since oil was last changed.

I think it may have made a metal klinking sound when it finally died and shut off. But I was more worried about getting off the highway when it happened. No smoke, or any of that.

We are all more than willing to help. Gotta tell us the problem...

Does the engine turn over at all when you turn the key?
If no: If the engine isn't turning over at all, what do you hear? Solenoid on the starter? Grinding? Fuel pump? Anything at all...

If yes: Check Fuel/Air/Spark.
