bubble in roof paint. help

i noticed that the paint on my hardtop 2001 z28 is bubbling up on the roof. anyone have any idea what is going on?

I have noticed many times the paint bibbling on SMC parts. It is usualy caused by bad prep in cleaning the release agent from the parts before painting. All the paint would have to be removed and repainted.
