my brother has a 99 z28 and has no brakes we keep bleeding them but still nothing and we changed the master cylinder and still no brakes you can pump them up and you will have brakes but when you let go they go away its like there is air in the lines but when we bleed them no air comes out any one ever had this befor or no what we need or need to do????

are the lines completely full? I had problems with my 96 because of a leak. The brakes would work one minute and not the other. try refilling the reservior, you may have been bleeding them too much.

 

ya we mad shere that it was kept full could it be some thing with the abs?

 

has the abs or ses lights come on? u may have some air in the line at the master cyl. and it cant get it to go down. is there a bleeder valve at the mc.
