Default '97 Nightmaro STILL OVERHEATING, please help fella's

Got a 97 Z-28 w/the 6-speed. Ive done everything I can think of to get it to quit overheating. Changed the thermostat, wired the fans to key on power, had my mechanic check out the computer, still overheats. Anybody heard of this problem before, any info would be greatly appreciated, thanks fella's.

Are you saying the thermostat and fans is all you could think of to help, or were you just using those as examples? Have you tried flushing the system?

^ water pump? i have not seen a water pump cause overheating other than because of lost coolant. other wise all of the above and have u got all the air out. sometimes u have to park on a hill, front uphill and open the bleeder valves to get air out. some have slamed on the brakes to get the air to move but i have never tried that.
