Default 91 rs camaro Idle probs

Alright so currently i have a 1991 RS Camaro V6. i am just stumped 100% on whats going on with it. so ive turned to you guys for some help:

When im driving normal my car is fine, but when i get to like a stop sign/stop light the idle gets really low and it drops to like 950RPMS, my mirrors shake.. you get the idea. I dont think this is normal.... i dont like it has to due with the engine like a timing belt or anytthing like that...

anyways some help would be appricated!
thanks
-jamie

Ok Jamie, relax. Your car does not use a timing belt. Most likely you have an ignition problem. change plugs & wires an see what happens. If still NG go after the coils & the ignition module under them. Are you getting a "check engine lite"? If so see what the code is.

Try replacing your throttle position sensor...I had the same problem, worked like a charm for me, plus its really easy...2 bolts, and a plug in
