Default 2001 3800 temp inside guage not working

My 2001 has the 3800 272 HP engine with auto trans.
Problem just started and had the cooling system flushed with no change.
This car has three cooling fans of which no fans worked in a/c mode but the a/c worked fine.
the inside temp guage is at zero and one of the three cooling fans continue to run.
No idea of the location of any temp sending units and the check engine light is not on.
Please help most service places in my area charge $92 per hour.

Not 100% positive but most camaros have one sensor on the waterneck and then one in the manifold and one in the drivers side block. Any check engine lights?

I know for sure there isn't any sensor on the coolent neck at the front top of engine and
no check engine light is on. This happened twice on my way home from work and everything got back to normal but the last time before today I drove the car the gauge was normal then to zero
and has not changed since. I didn't drive the car for 2 days and today no gauge and the front cooling fan (one of the three)is running constantly. In fact the cooling fan started 5 seconds after starting the engine. The A/C nor defroster is on but then the cooling fans never did run in those positions but the fans have run during the summer in heavy traffic with the A/C on
Never had electrical problems with this car except for haing to replace the electric window motor
on the driver side. This car was ordered from the Chevrolet factor in 2000
