does it miss at the same time the gauge cuts out? i dont know if the computer is connected to the temp sending unit or not with that gen. car. id replace the sending unit. if you can find out if its the same peice as on a third gen, i can give you my old one (i upgraded my gauges)

 

I remember it missing the same time the gauge moved, but I can't remember if it misfired at high temp. or low. I'm pretty sure it was low, unfortunately I can't drive it for two more days, cuz i sent the title to my parents back home to have it registered there. I'll have to take it for a drive and make sure of what it's doing. Hopefully the title is here by wed. I also need to get it inspected. Probably best not to drive it or would you guys think it's not too serious? Thx microkid for the offer, I'll have to find that info.out if its the same!
