Default Street Strip suspension advice needed..

My builder wants to run shockwaves, so that's a must. I started to just do a traditional ladder bar and add a set of shockwaves. Now, I'm very confused researching what's now available. I had a very reputable dealer that sells many brands advise to use the Chris Alston G-bar. He said he's been 9.20 in his car with the G-bar and shockwaves. That really surprised me.. I just didn't feel it looked strong enough to hold that kind of power. Another suspension I looked at that looks very stout and is said to be very street friendly is the HTH truck arm system.. It seems like it would be good for planting the rear tires. This car will make over 1,000 pounds per foot of torque at the wheels bare minimum.. It could go as high as 1400 at the wheels.. If anyone has experience with high power street car suspension, please let me know what you think.. I just started doing research not long ago on this, and I should have already sent the suspension to the builder.. All info is appreciated.. By the way, it's for a 69 Camaro..
