ok this is the first car ive ever bought that was not a stick shift

ive gotten park reverse and drive down but the rathcet shifter still confuses me.
ill bump it into neutral rev a bit try to bump into first and nothing really happens i always end up having to bump back down into drive .....i thought you could bump upward through the gears in one of these?

 

Try starting out in first then bumping up through the rest. You're not gonna be able to do burnouts like a manual. Powerbrake for that.
