So I don't have to change out the whole axel and everything? That would be great if I can just do the gears & seals etc. You wouldn't happen yo know anywhere in MA/NH that they would do it do ya?

no i live in denver,co it really depends you have a 10 or 12 bolt right? and most transmission shops do rear ends. the best thing to do is talk to some people you know at car shows and such or people from the track most of them can recommend a shop or 2. when i first called the guy to talk to him about it he had to make sure i didnt have an australlian 9 in i guess they came in some camaros and are very difficult to work on and find parts the guy told me that most people wont even touch them

Sounds good. I'll check with the guys at the track and the local tranny guy. What did you actually buy part wise? I just need to see if I can find the parts locally or find them on e-bay or something.

a bearing kit all the seal which should be in a kit and the ring and pinion

that is a sample of a kit not necisarily the one you need where you go may be able to get it cheaper just ask when you call them up by the way when i was pricing most places wanted 1000 to 1200 in labor if i brought the car but when i just brought the axle it was like 250 in labor
