Too friggin busy to get a clip of my new exhaust, so here's me racing a 3rd gen. See my car dive down really early? That's because I missed 2nd. That was common, because my arms are really long, and my elbow would hit my seat when I shifted to second. Now I've got the hurst short shifter, so that problem is gone. This run is way slow....

[] Yeah, my elbow hit my seat, so I couldn't get it in gear, just grinded. So happy that problem is gone. And I lost this one by a few inches or so. I would've killed him if I didn't have the gear issue.

nah, I'm lucky to even get dad to hold the camera, this is the only one I've got. []

 

So how often does your dad go to the track with you?

 

Every time. Drag racing is in the family blood, he like watching my six go, but mainly the really fast car and trucks. For example, we watched a 6 second harley davidson push-rod engine top-fuel bike the other day. We go to the drags almost every weekend. Not tomorrow though, we're leaving sunday for Utah to go to speedweek at the bonneville salt flats. Got some packing to do.
