I WOULD AGREE. if at sea level... here in co high 13 to mid 14

 

With a cam that small and a converter that small I don't think he see low 12's. I think low 13's to 12's would be a reasonable range.

With cooler weather, a little tuning and most importantly TIRES you should be in the high 12's easy. Your 60 foots show that you need tires.
