Default RE: valve seats

seats or seals? seals can be replaced without removing the heads with an upright spring compressor. seals are dirt cheap. if the valve seats are bad you need to take them to a good machine shop and let them rework them. usually if no valves have to be replaced it's in the neighborhood of $150 bucks amd a couple days depending on the shop. sick
