Yes it does, 3.48" stroke technically.
A 383 stroker would have a 3.75" stroke.
It sounds like you're the one that got stroked, not the engine!

well i had a talk with the guy who sold me the motor and he said he got it from his brother that passed away a while ago and he never saw the inside of the block, so he felt bad and told me he had some parts that i could use for the motor and he would let have them for free. and he would buy the intake and 2 carbs off me for cash. the 2 bolt main should be fine for now until i get money for a better block. so i guess i need to have my crank redone and i need new bearings, and ill throw a better cam in it and replace the pistons and call it done.
