Default Engine rebuild

Hello all, looking to hopefully get some advise I'm in the middle of rebuilding my engine 350 standard bore, eagle rods, the problem I'm running into is #3 & #5 connecting rod bolts hit on the far side of the block. Tangs are facing out and both on same side. I've even went as far as taking the #1 piston out and trying it in their spot, with the same results? Any ideas?

Thanks,
Cecil
