Default Demon vs holley

I just recently rebuild my chevy 350. Put on a set of 202 heads, voodoo cam 268 duration 489 lift. I was looking at the 4150 street hp holley carb 650 cfm mechanical sec or a Mighty demon general competition carb 650cfm mechanical sec. I dont know which one to buy could you guys help me out?

Go with the trusty old Holley hands down every time. The Demon carbs are the most problem proned hardest to tune carburetor on the market! Half the time you can't get ahold of Demon, especially if you tell them you are having problems with one they willtell you to fix it at your own expenseand they can't help you out. Holley has had a great reputation since they started making carbs and Demon doesn't even come close. I have about the same set up except for 1.94 valve 186 cast heads. The 650 holley has the same #70 primary jets as the 750 and #75 plate for the secondaries with a single pumper.(#75 secondary jet for the double pumper) You will want to jet down the primaries to #66-68 so it doesn't run overly rich. Add a set of headers and an Air gap intake and you will love how great it runs.

Go with a Proform Carb, the same as the holley hp, but better. And about the same price...or go 1 step better and get the Quick Fuel.
