Default Demon, Elderbrock or Quickfuel? HELP!

I'm looking at puttinga Demon, Elderbrock, or a Quickfuel Carbureator on a 327 engine 600, 650 series. I'm not sure which will give me a better performance for the money any suggestions. I'm also looking at pairing whichever with Kenny Dolittle Aluminum 23 degree heads or with Dart Iron Eagle Platinum Heads both with 202 valves. Which is the better combination ulitmate goal is 400 to 500 HP.

it really depends on what you plan on doing with the car, whether you just plan on doing strip, or occasionally road driving, possible daily driver, it you were just planning on doing city driving, i would recommend the edelbrock with the 23 degree heads, but if you were planning on doing a little bit of everything, i would recommend the demon with the dart iron heads, edelbrock isn't really reliable for the track, i have gone through many of them from them just breaking all the time on the track, but they are great carbs for the road, demon would probably give you the best bang for your buck, they are a little pricey but well worth it.
