Hey all you gear heads, what's up? I have a question about swapping engines. I have a 1981 Z28 with the 305 HO and the muncie four speed. Could someone tell me if the 400 will bolt up to the tranny or do I have to modify something. Anyone with some info I would be thankful.

 

if its a chevy 400 then it will bolt right up with no modifications needed. Has long use the 400 flywheel you should be fine. Good luck
