Don't think the MAF is your problem. Have you scanned for trouble codes? What year & engine?

96 camaro 3800 v6, code i last got was p0300 random multiple cylinder misfire, i replaced the plugs, wires, coil packs, fuel filter and fuel pressur regulator, it only hesitates and feels like it misses on heavier throttle, getting bad gas mileage, could it be incorectly gapped plugs or fuel pump going out? i noticed last week after idling for a while there was a small spot of gasoline under the exaust pipe, like a little puddle.. im hoping its not low compression like a bad valve or something.. any ideas?

Can't really tell without testing. Have you checked the fuel pressure with a gage? Have you even looked at the plugs, or do you just want to talk the trouble to death?
