Default Does a 1985 camaro have crank Shaft Angle Sensor or Cam sensor?

It is a 305. Not a V6
It is an IROC-Z.
TPI
It has a 327 instead of a 305.
New engine does not want to run.
I am a Woman please do not insult my intelligence by being rude. If you need more info just ask.

The 305 had the TPI. All we did was change the block. This is not my doing. This is not may car. I am just helping.
It tries to turn over but does not start. Already replaced the starter.

This has nothing to do with being a woman, so Im just going to be my a$$hole self and welcome the new guy (girl).....8*)
There is so much wrong with this post I dont know where to begin. 8*P

First-describe what its doing. You say you replaced the starter, so I ASSUME the starter is not cranking the engine over....(when you say it refuses to run, we take that as it starts but will not idle)
So, is the solenoid kicking in and the starter not turning, or is the starter doing NOTHING at all?
If the starter isnt doing anything at all....check to make sure your getting power. You just did an engine swap, its easy to forget to hook something up.

To the best of my knowledge, a 85 does not have any of those sensors....but even if it did, it wouldnt stop the engine from at least cranking over.

Keep us posted.

I am assuming you want to run TPI on the 327. TPI does not use or need either of the sensors you mentioned. All timing is done within the distributor.

If the starter is turning the engine over, meaning that the pulleys are turning, then you can check for spark next. Pull out any spark plug and with plug wire hooked to it touch it to a good ground like exhaust manifold and see if it sparks when you try and start engine. If it sparks, good. Now shoot some starting fluid into intake and try and start. If it runs for a few seconds then at least now you know it is a fuel problem. Tell us what happens.
