The 94 PCM does not take chips. It can be reprogrammed from the diagnostic port. However "chips" can be inserted between harness connectors and the PCM, or plugged into the diagnostic port. Not a very elegant way of doing things The proper way is to use a hand held programmer, or better yet using tuning software, such as LT1 Edit or Tuner Cat,and a laptop. Also there are tuners, such as PCM for Less that will exchange your PCM with one expecially tuned for your mods.

Yea, the jet chip does work & will re tune your car for mods. But It has to be plugged in directly into the PCM. IMO its not worth the money. Take it to a dyno shop & have a dyno tuned, it is more accurate and not much more money.

no wonder i could only find chips for 93 and 95, hahaha i thought i was crazy or something. JET chips offers to take and reprogram your PCM and overnite it back to you for like $400 but i would rather put that towards headers or a bigger TB. thanks for the help guys
