electric pump to mechanical...
I may have posted this same article in the wrong section so to avoid violation of forum rules I will post it here again.
I have a 87 Iroc z28, and I pulled the tpi engine in exchange for a small block stroker engine. All of the stock wiring harness from the ecu have been removed and the wires from the bcm are still here ie, lights and blinkers and horn etc. Now Im in search for a simple way to route the fuel to the engine using a MECHANICAL pump. All help is greatly welcomed.

You were fine where you had the question in the other section. Multiple identical posts is more of a pita though.
Why not just hot wire the electric pump, and install a fuel pressure regulator before the carb? Or does the pump not work?
The in-tank pump will be a restriction if using a mechanical pump, unless you go inside and bypass it.
