I was thinking about adding a computer chip that supposedly increases the horsepower 150 and increases gas mileage. Will this void my warranty and/or screw the car up?

 

This is just a guess but i don't think there is a chip that will increase horsepower by that much. If I were you I would wait until a member responds that knows a lot about the computer and chips before buying anything.

 

Tend to agree with snugz. I had a Monte Carlo SS awhile back that I got a chip for that advertised for 15 hp don't know about 150 though.

 

there is no chip on earth that is going to do that.

 

Hypertech or Superchips.. they are a little spendy but should deliver what you are looking for..
