Default Carburetor keeps smoking

Hello i have a problem i have a race demon 750 electric choke my carburetor keeps smoking white smoke after i turn it off what does that mean? i just had my valves adjusted but i dont think that has anything to do with it but it hasnt sounded right for awhile sounds like its missing just doesnt run right. it doesnt backfire or anything im either thinking the timing is off or its running to rich. im not very good at troubleshooting im a rookie mechanic trying to finish this motor. any helpwould be great this motor has about 30 minutes on it so its pretty fresh.

First you need to determine if the white smoke is steam or gasoline vapor. Take a good sniff. No don't use a match & see if goes up in flames. If it is steam, then you have a coolant leak into the intake manifold, if it smells like gasoline, then there is a problem with the carburetor, or the fuel pressure is too high.
