Default 16 pin connector question

i have a 95 with the 16 pin connector. I was going to try and add a keyless entry key fob to the system and when i got down to look at the port I noticed that there were only about half the metal connectors showing on the plug. it almost looks like there is nothing plugged into half the pins. it looks like empty holes. is this normal?

Yes....

only 95 Camaros with the California Option have a real OBD2 - System
all other Japanese, US, Export Models have a OBD2 -Style Connector and OBD1 (ALDL) behind that.
From 96 on all Camaros have real OBD2 with OBD2 Connectors
93 and 94 camaros have old fashioned connectors (ALDL, OBD1)

Default 16 pin connector question

Anyone have a diagram on the wiring for the 7 pin connector?I wired my YJ up using a 7 pin connector to plug into my ZJ but when I did the tail lights/brakes work but the the turn signals either do nothing or cause the hazards to flash.I need to know what the ZJ connectors individual pins do so I can flip the wires on the YJs around.
