Default No dash lights

ok, i just installed my new deck, all i did was take off the front face plate, cut all the old spearker/acc/batt wires from the dash and rewired to the new deck, everything runs and sounds great, only problem is during the process my dash lights stopped working....i wouldnt think the wiring harness for the radio has anything to do with the dash lights but maybve it does? anyone know what i did wrong so i can try to fix my dash?

i also checked fused, and everything is good on that

also im working on running my 4GA amp wire and RCA plugs to my dash, any ideas on how to run them and keep them out of the way looking professional?

thanks

What Kind of car; year, make, model? What kind of factory stereo; bose, monsoon, basic? What head unit did you put in? And finally did you hook up the head unit light dim wire correct; orange or brown wire depending on year of car? Answer these and we can help.
