Default 1999 changing speakers--need help.

Well, I blew some speakers in the doors so I decided to upgrade my system a little bit. I have a monsoon system and I got a Pioneer DEH 2200 UB deck 4 ohm output, and I have just installed Alpine SPS 600 speakers in the doors and the woofers in the back seat panels. I have a couple of the 4in speakers on their way for the trunk panels. The mids and highs sound great but for some reason it doesn't feel like the woofers have as much kick as the stock Delco woofers had.

Does anyone else notice this as well? I was very satisfied with the bass before I installed these speakers, so I'm looking to buy some 6.5in woofers with a lot more kick?

If anyone has any suggestions that would be great.

Matt

I think the stock system is a 2 ohm system. If you are using the factory amp. This could be the problem.
