windshield washer aiming?

Forget about the glue. There's a simpler solution. Just drill a hole in the vent panel at least 3/4 inch from the edge (to avoid the glass) and install a small screw into the metal underneath. You can make one pretty much anywhere its' needed to pull the panel down to the glass. Paint it black or gray to match.

It starts spraying, hits the wiper and then the wiper moves. While its out of the way, the solution BARELY hits the window, it shoots over, and when the arm comes back down it blocks the stream all together.

Once again..... that is normal for the spray to hit the wipers before they get out of the way. If you examine the positions of them it is obvious.
You seem to be saying you have the same problem as in your first post. Have you even tried the fixes mentioned???? Mine is working just fine now.
