windshield washer aiming?

So I just found out that the solution is hitting the actual wiper arm and blade but not the glass. Any idea what can be done about that?

What? That is normal. Once the sprayer starts, the wipers will start wiping. There is no way to prevent them from moving. I thought you said it was just too high?

It starts spraying, hits the wiper and then the wiper moves. While its out of the way, the solution BARELY hits the window, it shoots over, and when the arm comes back down it blocks the stream all together.

Once again..... that is normal for the spray to hit the wipers before they get out of the way. If you examine the positions of them it is obvious.
You seem to be saying you have the same problem as in your first post. Have you even tried the fixes mentioned???? Mine is working just fine now.

agree with gd turn the key on and run the wipers with the washer going and hold the plastic piece the nozzle mounts to down and see if it works right.
