I am restoring a 69 RS Camaro Convertible. I cannot find a diagram for the proper placement of the windshield and headlight washer tubing. Any help would be great.

 

Go to resto supply places such as classicindustries.com and cough up $20 for an assembly manual. If you're doing a full restoration, you'll be going back to that manual many times. It'll be money well spent, and time saved.

 

Unfortunately it's not in the assembly manual or at least I'm not finding it. The RS is different from the others. I've restored a 69 COPO and I have 2 Z-28s but no luck with the RS info.
