Well, they are exchanging them out for the same size as the front (245/45-17) for the cost of mounting. The 245's are cheaper than the 255's so it ends up being almost a wash, I have to pay $16.

Keep in mind the sidewall value is a % of the width. Being that 255 isn't much wider than 245, it's a minimal difference, thus the tallness is affected more.
