if the tranny in the car is having problems like gear slipedge
would you suggest doing this
also where could i find a throttle body to do this
and is there any other complications that might come up???

Personally, I would fix the transmission that is in the car, as I really don't like to go back in technology. The gears do not slip unless they are broken, but clutches and bands do wear out. allowing slippage. As for the throttle body, you can probably get one from a 93 model, being that they still used the 700r4/4L60 tranny. FIY, the 700R4 was renamed 4L60, and then replaced by the 4L60E, E for electronic. Check the bellhousing, as they came in many different configurations.
