thats being a jerk? wow...this is being a jerk, you dont know what a rev limiter is? it limits your RPMS....its pretty self explanatory

 

Issue Got Worse!

 

Hard to explain so I'll try my best.

 

Now if I'm fully stopped and I hit the gas before it even redlines it gets off gear and revs.

 

So therefore I have to start off really slow so it won't rev.

 

For example, when I accelerate faster then slow, it feels like first gear is switching to neutral.

 

So now I can't go fast. What's going on?

 

Hitting the rev limiter is not the best thing for your engine. The transmission should be shifting before the engine hits the rev limiter.Many reasons for your problem but none are good. Mainly, either the transmission is not working properly or someone messed with the PCM program.

 

Back to the tranny shop I guess then. I have a one year warranty so I guess this should cover it.
