An RS Camaro is nothing more than a regular camaro but with a factory installed ground effects body kit.

just a 5000 ground effects kit and some rs badges. acctually the most rare 4th gen f body...........................

Yes. I forgot to mention that. 1998 RS Camaros were produced by very limited numbers.
