Default What is this line?
I noticed this line coming off the exhaust manifold leaking fumes tonight. Could this cause hesitation? Because I've been getting a flutter under acceleration recently.

That looks like the EGR tubing. It's possible it's causing the leak due to loss of vacuum

So does that mean I have a vacuum leak somewhere?

that would not cause a vacumm leak or loss of vacumm. if leaking it would cause a exhaust leak that would mess with your 02 sensor readings
