water pump replacement
OK here I go... I have confirmed that I need to replace my water pump. I have already discounted the airbag system so I dont blow them. and I have already removed to serpentine belt as well as the air duct. I removed the pulley infront of the water pump and started to remove bolts, then I noticed that the pump is connected to another pulley or pump as well! I looked it over and it looks like a pain in the a** to remove because its bolts are behind the pulley. is this the power steering or the air pump???? and what is the easiest way to remove it?? I went to advanced auto parts and asked them if there is a special tool I need like the haynes book said and they looked at me like I had a D**K growing out of my head..
any help is appreciated. and if you are going to say take it to a shop I already have the parts I need and the shop wants to charge about a grand just for labor..
thank you
