Vibration
When i get around 50 mph and up the car has a slight vibration to it. You can feel the vibration through the steering wheel. I replaced the back brake rotors and it still vibrates. The rims and tires are 17 inch and i know they are balanced correctly. Could it be the front brake rotors?

Ruling out the wheel balance and rear rotors, vibration can occur from front rotors when you brake and the sensation really makes itself known when you brake and the steering wheel starts becoming real intense .
If you are approaching 45-50 mph and the vibration makes itself known and its in the seat of your pants rather than the steering wheel, its more Universal joints.
put the car on jack stands and check the front and rear universals for wear,
see if the evidence of rust is trailing out of the end caps. Do you hear a louder than normal "clunk" when you go from drive to reverse ? could be universal joints.
And as always for those who are not garage savvy be careful when you get underneath a car make sure all precautions are followed !
Good luck !

I agree with Dave if you have a 4th gen they put split drive shafts in them and the cv goes bad which causes vibration. I changed mine out of my last camaro with a regular drive shaft out of a 91 model fit great no more cv joint, I'm going to do that with my Z28 next.
Good luck.

Ok, generally, when a car vibrates like that, and in the steering wheel, you definitely should have started at the front. Replacing the rear rotors did nothing for you as far as steering wheel feel seeing how they arent anywhere close to any steering parts. Now, contrary to nitemans post, you can turn a warp out of a rotor completely. Its not real difficult, I dont know if you will be turning them yourself or not but it is possible, I do it all the time at work. That, and only v6 fourth gens ever came with the two peice drive shaft, all of the v8 cars had a one peice, and the later v6 cars came with a one piece driveshaft also. Im assuming yours is an 02 from your name so you should have the one piece so the 2 piece driveshaft shouldnt be a problem. It doesnt happen often, but there are some cases where casting defects in the drive shaft can cause vibration at certain speeds, but that doesnt sound like your problem.
If it happens all the time, look into your suspension. Weak struts can cause a slight shimmy in the steering wheel. If it only happens when you break, Id put money on your rotors are warped.

Thanks for the advice, im going to take a look at the front rotors. I will also check out the driveshaft. I will keep you guys informed on what i do. Thanks again. Oh and btw this is off topic but i ordered a helix throttle body spacer. Does anyone have this part currently? Any pros or cons i should know about?
