Vent engine compartment 96 3.8L

I dunno Gorn, 230 HP sounds awfully optimistic (or awfully inaccurate) with the mods you've done so far... After all, at the rear wheels, the Tom Henry RS peaked at 229.7 SAE horsepower at 5750 rpm and 225.7 pound/feet torque at 4625 rpm, and hey did a lot more in mods than you have...

The original plan was to use a pocket Dyno (AKA a Ipod) From what I read they are not super accurate but they repeat pretty well. Meaning is I measure 230 HP chance are I am going to read 225-235 as long as I don’t spin wheels or something stupid. After tune I was going to rerun the tests. While I could not assume a 230 measurement is accurate I could kind of assume the different would be pretty close. But like I said I stopped putting money in the V6 once I decided I will be giving it to my daughter.
For me tracking mileage is easy. I drive 31 miles one way to work every day and I fill up once a week. If I get under 10 gallons I am doing good. Most weekends I drive my truck. I have noticed that the colder the day the worst my mileage. During the coldest part of winter I can drop down to 27 MPG average over a week. On the hottest days I can drop down to 28 but that is just the AC working.
