You can swap the vats but I think you need to do the steering colum or parts from inside steering colum. By the time your done the $250 for the PCM will seem cheap.

First place I checked. Along with about 10 other torrent site. DC++ , emule even the pay Warez site.

You could switch the vats and do the use the link Traumadog posted. You will still need the Vats and PCM and possible the wiring harness.

pretty sure u will need the under hood wireing harness and the under dash harness. auto uses things under the hood and dash that the manual does not. may also need the center console harness.
