throttle sensor replacement

throttle sensor replacement

Hesitation at acceleration...eventually loss of power. Cleaned MAF and some improvement. Thinking TPS needs checout or replacement. How do you replace the TPS?

EDIT: I may have midunderstood you... Is it a misfire or does your car hesitate to deliver power when you press the pedal?

Unplug it, remove a couple of screws, remove it, install new one, replace screws, plug it back in.

What 02stang said, maybe a little anti sieze on the screws and dielectric grease in the pigtail
