Default Throttle response problem

I have a 1999 Camaro v6 3.8 series 2 completely stock with 115k on it. This car was bought by me from a mother who's son owned the car. He was a vet who was killed in the line of duty. After buying the car I brought it home drove it about 20 miles ran rough real rough. Missing spitting sputtering jerking. My fears began. It had a P0302 P0171 P0174 with a regular obd2 scanner. Unfortunately I dont have a obd2 with live data or know anyone or it would make this alittle easier for me. So I have done spark plugs and wires coil packs fuel filter pcv lower and upper intake gasket clean the maf sensor with maf cleaner fuel injector. My current issue is on cold days starts right up roars to life this could be just by timing of when. I messed with it. What I do know.is after period of time running it will start to stumble and stall. After letting it sit it will start up with some persistance. Also when I get on the pedal and more.then i say a eigth it bogs like it isn't getting any fuel or air no codes and I know the light works because I've since fixed the previous codes with intake gaskets and fuel injector
