full boltons will get you consistant 15 flat. I know this because around 30% of the threads in the v6 section say exactly this. in fact i believe there have been track times from bolton v6's posted in there or in street/strip just this week.

a good cam may get you comfortably into the 14s. but you wont hit 13s without extensive engine work (stroker kit, extreme heads/cam, basically not streetable) without a power adder or massive weight reduction.

 

what would i run with
lt headers, no cats, and my magnaflow muffler. all 3" piping.
some kind of intake(not sure maybe custom)
what are the full boltons?
i want it street legal and reliable.

 

3" piping may be too big for that, you may lose some back pressure and therefore midrange torque. but that is full boltons. intake and total exhaust. so 15 flat.

so what about 2.5 inch piping? i thought stock was like 2.75?
maybe someone lied to me or i dreamed that one.
and what kind of intake would yall reccomend?
i want full boltons but its hard to find one for my car.
besides sanding down the lid(homemade) what can i get?

 

2.25 is a pretty standard stock exhaust size

found the slp lid for like 90 bucks and i can get the k and n filter for like fifty. a little pricey maybe but i know it will be done right and dont hafta grind and sand crap and stuff. my mother will be happier
