Both right being that there were RWD regals yes but you are wrong when you said in the 90's. The last RWD Regal was the 1987 model year and that didnt even make a full run due to the early release of the smaller FWD Regal. The Pontiac Grand Prix also died in 87 as a RWD but the Monte Carlo and the Cutlass Supreme went on to finish a full production run in 1988. The Monte, died in 88 and the Cutlass Supreme was offered in both FWD and RWD in 87 and 88 with different body styles. The Monte Carlo was replaced by the Lumina, which was a good looking but poor performing car. It came back in 95 as a replacment for the 2dr Lumina (and looked just like the 2dr Lumina).

Yeah but the 87 wasn't supercharged. And Massey wasn't crying. He just happens to know just about everything about GM cars lol

Yes the G-body cars came with V6s The Buick 231 (3.8L not 3800) was used in the Grand Prix, Cutlass Supreme, and the Regal. I do not know for sure but I dont think it was used in the Monte Carlo. The MC I believe used the Chevy 229 (3.8L) and the 262 (4.3L) as it's V6 choices.
Again no RWD Regal came with the 3800 or the Supercharged 3800. The 231 did come with a turbo but that is not compatable with the 3800 engine. There is a HUGE difference between the 231 and the 3800 engine and again with the 3800 Series II. The Series II and Series III engines are interchangeable tho.
Trust me on this I know the Buick 3.8L engine better than any other engine ever built including the Chevy Small Block.
