I recently put some gabriel struts/shocks in my rear and new springs. I didnt find it too hard I used my Haynes. Its really pretty straight forward, just keep yourself organized, and if you are replacing your springs make sure you have a spring compressor.

DO NOT BUY GABRIEL ANYTHING -- I had three Gabriel strut mounts fail in less than 1 year!!!

Just compare theirs to the CarQuest version or Napas, or AC Delco -- Gabriel is garbage!

I had the install done by a shop -- never attempted it.

It is a pretty easy job if you have done some work on cars before and you have the right tools. Check your hayes or go to autozone.com. If you feel like you can do it then go for it. SFC
