If it is the model that hangs the filter down below the radiator, consider this... if your driver does not be careful around puddles of water or heavy rain, the air filter may suck water and hydrolock the engine, as it did in the case of the previous owner of our 99 3.8. The hydrolock broke the #6 connecting rod and put a large hole in the block. We bought it for cheap and just finished the swap with a 2007 Lucerne engine.
