RE: stock horsepower
I must have miss read your post.
In order to get 200-220 HP you'll have to makes so major modifications. I'm not sure what kind of money you are looking to throw at this. but in the below post there are some options....
www.fullthrottleV6.com has a 3.4L specific forum there are a few guys in there who could give much better specifics on how you can get to your goal and the expected cash needed.

RE: stock horsepower
Since it is a non Z-28, that means that youo have a 3.4 60* v6. If that is true than you have at stock 160 and somewhere around 190 torque. No since it is a 93 it probably has some miles on it. This will make the horsepower drop so you could be looking anywhere from 130 to 160. The 60* engines were not know for power. Sorry. But there is good news, there are some speed shops that have parts and superchargers for your car. Here is a list to go buy.
force-fed-fabrications.com
lmperformance.com
60degreev6.com
http://www.engine-parts.com/GMV6/gm28stroker.html
there you will have to serch the site.
This should give you some help.
