I'm getting a functional fiberglass ss hood for my camaro, but it drops the air directly above the intake manifold that is not set up to receive it. What can i do to make it functional all the way thru. I've thought about getting an airbox off of a ssv8 but im not sure about the conversion or if i would need any other parts, any help would be appreciated

 

It should work, but you will need to fabricate an air tube to reach your engine, as the V6 sits further back than the V8. make sure you retain all the intake sensors.
