if you have a gear like this on the inside of the sensor then you have gears. if not you have a reluctor. easy to pull sensor to see. one bolt.

well because its its obd1 the only way to adjust speedo is to have the ecm tuned or adjusted. its not easy to find anyone to do for the 94.
